I have used this software for a while and was very pleased with it. However, the support has proven to be very non responsive. I need something done with my script and despite persistent appeals to the support for over a month now I have received NO ANSWER or even acknowledgment of whether they intend to resolve my issue or not.
The script itself is terrific,, the producer of the script is just the opposite… so for that the rating is the worse that it can be.

The help screens are confusing. Software works fine with one product but if you want to sell multiple items the redirect to multiple product thank you pages does not work properly. I also think that the support leaves a lot to be desired.

Support non existent.
Script works partially.
Plenty of bugs that non existent support does not solve.
